Operating Process For Oil Press Machine
Pre-Pressing: Turn on the heating switch, wait over 10 minutes, and extend the wait time in cold seasons. Keep the heating on during the oil pressing process.
Starting Pressing: Place dry ingredients directly into the machine. Press the “Squeezing” switch to start oil extraction.
Post-Pressing: Hold the “Cleanup” switch for 20+ seconds after pressing to ease screw removal and prevent residue hardening.
Power Outage: If power is lost, turn off the machine and unplug it. When power is restored, reheat for 10+ minutes before resuming pressing.
Cleaning: Detach the pressing chamber, clean with edible detergent and water, then store the machine in a dry place.
Oil Storage: After pressing, store the oil overnight at 15°C or above; it will separate automatically without filtering.
Material Handling: If raw materials get stuck, gently touch them. Never insert fingers or hard objects into the chamber.
